Initiate Your Return
Log into your Rhino Direct account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack the Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in unused, resaleable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
